I am in the fine crush camp. My Barley Crusher gap is set at 0.016″ (0.4 mm.) I do get lots of grain dust in my wort, even though I use a fine mesh polyester voile bag. It all settles out in the fermenter, and after gelatin fining, I get crystal clear beer.

Very conflicted about this purchase. This is not 'the Barley Crusher', but 'a barley crusher' clone that appears to be very similarly constructed.
